An orderly and well kept man, Marcelo is commonly seen atop his war horse traveling throughout the city of Tayport. He belives that elves are abominations, and wishes to rid his city of their influence. With the death of the empress, he has declared Tayport a free city, and placed the elvish govener under house arrest.
